Yesterday I did chest and shoulders. I was feeling a little "weak" - probably because it was morning and I didn't have as much food/water in my system as usual. Still, I benched 22.5 in each hand on my last set! :)
Today Josha and I went to the gym to do triceps. We did close-grip bench press(a favorite of mine) and tricep pushdowns. This time we used the rope instead of a bar, and boy could I feel the burn. Looking forward to being at least a little sore tomorrow.
Tomorrow I am going to try to take Brooks on a long run.
I've been doing good about eating more veggies - lots of salads and other green things. I'm definitely still eating plenty of junk though. I'm debating doing better on that. I was thinking I had the whole nursing thing on my side, but that's even more reason to eat less junk and more good stuff. Thoughts???

better for you and for baby and you'll see a difference sooner. AND it'll be easier for me to eat better if you're eating better too! I've been doing better, but the weekends get me and Monday still feels like the weekend....Let's make a pact.
