Shortened, but DONE

Well, I can hardly move today (thank you sprints) and so Josha and I shortened our work out (back, shoulders, triceps, biceps).  We had a great work out though, and I went up on most of my weight!  My arms were definitely jello like when we left.  Looking forward to the weekend being here, and having some free food tomorrow!  MMMMM!
