The results are in!

Alright here are the stats, pictures to come eventually, I promise!


Before/After weight lifted
Bench press: 65/70
Squat: 160/180 (YAY!!!!)
Bicep curls: 15/20
Shoulder press: 15/20 (I only did 3)

Measurements:
Chest: -.5"
Shoulders: -.5"
Waist: - 1.5"
Quad: -.5"
Arm: +.25"

Weight: I'm down to 129 - hooray!

I'm looking forward to making more and more progress, and I'm really looking forward to shopping this weekend and getting some better fitting, SMALLER jeans!

Yeah for smaller jeans! Those measurements are impressive. You are really doing fantastic and must be feeling super healthy!
