Oh V-Day

Our V-Day work out was good.  Back, biceps, and abs.  I really wore my biceps out - hooray!  I need to up something with my abs because I'm not feeling them as much.  Suggestions anyone?


Eats were not on today, but that's because it's V-Day!  We had bagels for breakfast, oh and a Reeses - mmmmm! :-D  Tomorrow should be back on.

I've got a few more glasses of water to drink tonight to finish up this challenge.  I'm pretty sure I'm going to keep it up though - I feel way better when I've had PLENTY of water.
