I decided to try out my Okgo mix this morning on the tredmill, and wow! Runners cramp set in after about 8 minutes and it was BAD, so I walked that out then ran two more HIITS and stopped. That is going to take some serious getting used to. I liked it though and have plans of continuing using it until I master it! or finish it, if that ever happens. :-). I should have listened to it before I went so I knew what to expect. Next time will be better!
Now I'm off to work for awhile where I will exercise my mind by reading Atonement.

yay, an okgo buddy! ya, if I'd known you were going to do it, I'd have said, "be sure to take it easy on the front end, and pace yourself!" You'll like what he says at the end...I won't give it away.
