Issues

So I've mentioned this, but it's the end of the semester, and with that comes my increasing lack of energy and interest in doing anything that requires action.  I have two finals left and a project.  I need to read a book, look through several weeks of notes many times, and write out the entire plot outline for a television show.  Really this isn't THAT much, and I'm honestly so excited just to have it over and be graduating, but the point is that my motivation to work out and eat right is almost non-existent, especially the eating part.  Spending time with my roommates is really important to me these last few weeks and one of the most important things we do together is cook dinner every night and eat together.  I look forward to it every single day, and my roommates have been amazing this semester about cooking healthier foods, but on these last two weeks here in CS, I don't want to demand that like I have in the past.  I just want to enjoy every last minute I have with them.

So those are all of the reasons why I DONT want to have a BFL lifestyle right now.
BUT, after reading your declarations, I can't help but be inspired.  So, I need to come up with a balance for the next month until I get to Colorado, when I will be fully back on with everything BFL.
This is what I'm thinking -
I WILL do my work out's every day and will work out HARD, hopefully in the mornings when I first wake up.
5 of my 6 meals a day will be completely on target, and dinner will be as close to that as I can manage.
I will drink at least 5 bottles of water everyday, and unsweet cranberry tea occasionally.

Any other suggestions would be very appreciated! This is just a starting point.

You gals are so inspiring!!

The main thing is to stay active and get good rest.. its hard with finals.. but you can do it.. heres some ideas:
have something to memorized or notes to go over? jump rope while repeating the memory work or jump 10 jumps and then read notes for a few minutes and repeat..
I think your eats plan sounds great! .. just dont be too hard on yourself.. you know this stressful week or two is only temporary.
dont forget to eat.. I know it will be hard to remember to eat when you are trying to prepare for finals.. set an alarm.. get good quick yummy snacks.. but dont wait to long.. :) think of it as Finals BRAIN FUEL!

..
you will blink and be done before you know it..
enjoy your time
enjoy your friends
cherish each moment.. because before long you will be almost 40! and "remembering when" :)
