My ankle is almost all the way better, but I thought I'd give it another cardio day off just to make sure, so I took a brisk walk this morning. I plan on doing abs before bed - yippie! Eats have been good today: Oatbran hot cereal and peanut butter for breakfast, a turkey wrap on whole wheat tortilla w/ just a bit of cheese, and now I'm going to make myself a baked potato and some chicken. Dinner will be something healthy and a snack of some sort later tonight will be too. Today feels really great!

way to go! I think it is soooo important to get out and do what you can .. esp when injured or just not 100% ... its all about the habit of it!
