This morning, water exercise was conducted in 17 ft water for a full 30 minute Level-3 work out. Afterward I was exhausted, as I'm sure you can imagine and my heart was beating like crazy, so instead of lifting (I would have not done well at all), a couple friends from my class and I got in the hot tub and relaxed - much needed. Tonight is Belly Dancing and the dance we're doing is very arm intensive, so I might not do real lifting today, but will do some push ups at some point probably. Busy, busy day.

sounds like a nightmare workout to me...17 feet of water!!! I'm still not ready for 30 minutes of knowing how deep the water is beneath me. Could I hold onto the edge???
