I've got quite a bit of energy today. Had two awesome work outs this morning - aerobics in the pool and then lifting for upper body. I did triceps and shoulders first because all of the benches were taken. Both of those went very well, but when it came time to do chest, my arms were too tired, so I did a little and then came home and did a couple sets of pushups. Eats have been good today too, so hooray for that! The only sad news is that I did something to my ankle running yesterday and it hurts when I run (like when I ran to the bus this morning -haha) and when I jump :(, so tomorrow I think I will get up early and take a nice, leisurely WALK through the park to get some 'me' time in before the day begins.
