Sooo Tired!

Woke up this AM and did lunges and push ups. I did two sets of each before I nearly passed out - haha! Boy, am I out of it! Also, I hurt my knee somehow a couple days ago (not from working out)and that made them harder. I can already feel my legs though, so I got a great work out, even if it was short. Eats were pretty good today. It's hard not being at my apartment where I have my own food, but I'm managing pretty well. I'm ready for the school year to start so I can get on a schedule - those work really well for me. Going back to CS Wednesday, and should be able to use the work out room there, which is great! I miss lifting weights. So glad to be back on a good eating schedule, I was starting to crave healthy food! Hooray! :-D

I am ready for our school to start too.. schedules are better with bfl lifestyle :)
i am heading to houston this weekend.. I will be running in the humidity and thinking of you in CS :)

Great job, Sara! I'm about to have a non-schedule...going to denver for the conference with susie and all our kids...then to west texas and then on to houston...with a college station stop along the way, of course!
