Alright Ladies!

I didn't go to bed til about 4 AM, and yet somehow, I am awake at 8. While I don't understand this at all, I am glad that maybe, just maybe it won't be 100 degrees outside when I go jump rope here in a minute. It's my first day "alone" doing BFL, and we'll see how it works out. I'm glad I've still got Josha virtually, even if it was way more fun working out with her in person. I'm gonna have my little sister join me this morning. She ran outside to meet me when I got in at 2:30 last night, and stayed up until 4 talking with me. Maybe she'll like the wake up call, maybe not. Either way, we're gonna jump, jump, jump! :-D J: I'm drinking a cup of coffee and thinking of you. Ruth: You'll appreciate this. Yesterday, Josha and I were doing biceps and were doing hammer curls for burnouts and I was going to stop at 20, but I saw that she kept going, so I did too. Turns out she was doing the exact same thing.

Okay, time to make like Tigger and bounce.

hey.. way to get getting up and planning your workout even when you are tired :) .. you can do this .. you are NOT alone even if you are working out and eating with our josha :) It helps me so much to know that she and you are doing this too.. so when i dont feel like working out or eating right I think "if y'all can do this.. then I can!"

so did you buy and fancy jump rope like joshas? wish I could jump.. i just cant because it hurts my feet (i have bad feet issues)..

I plan on riding 10 miles in the heat today.. before it gets crowded around the track. will post later ..

"if it was easy they wouldnt call it a "bfl challenge"
